Help Fund My Critical Heart Procedure Trip

I have to travel out of state for a heart PET scan and lab work. It is scheduled at 11am on December 12th. I have to go the day before, so I will need gas, motel, and food money. I am on disability so wasn't expecting this cost. They let me know yesterday.

I also have to go in January to have heart surgery. Not sure on the date yet. I have to have my PET scan done first.

I am stressed due to this dealing with my life. I am on a fixed income that goes basically all on monthly bills. They can't do my surgery in Lincoln due to the location of the heart that has the issue. And the type of PET scan is not offered in Lincoln either.

I have no money to make next weeks appointment at all. This appointment is very important for me to make. I appreciate any help I can get. A rental car would be better than my car too. Mine has some issues but I will manage with it if I need to. Please help!!! Thanks in advance God bless!!!!

The amount I requested is for both trips. After surgery I will be in hospital for 4 days. I am at a loss and don't know what to do. I have to go to Overland Park, KS for PET scan and Surgery.
