Help Fund My Car Repair for Medical Needs

Thank you to everyone that even stops to read this. Lately, I've had a string of bad luck with car repairs. In the last year and a half, I've spent about $5,000 in repairs. Between that and maintenance, I've gone through all of my savings. Unfortunately, my car is my only source of transportation to my medical appointments from Des Plaines to Hines VA in Maywood, and now I need a new transmission. I shouldn't be having issues like this on a 2018 Kia Forte, but I am. The transmission shop says it'll cost about $2,800 for the parts, and then there's labor... My family and I don't talk, so that leaves me to ask for help.
