Hi, my name is Lewis Williams and i ruptured my ACL on October the 3rd in the 3rd round qualifying, game of the FA Cup against Crowborough FC. I need ACL reconstruction surgery to help me get back to it as soon as possible with the best chance of it not happening again. I have regrettably learnt a huge lesson with not having insurance, which leads me down this route.
