Hi, my name is Maxx to the people that may not know me personally I was in a near fatal car accident on 09/18/2009 being almost 16 years ago. Since then I've been a t3 paraplegic, of course that comes with some challenges, but one of the challenges I'm facing currently is the cost of a rehabilitation driving course. For almost 4 years now I've been trying to find funding, I was quoted nearly $8,000 for 20 appointments making it $400 for each visit that insurance will not cover.

I've been looking for other driving rehabilitation centers that could get me in without the hefty cost but Vermont only has 1 center being in Fanny Allen. Because of this I'm currently driving an E/bike that attaches to my wheelchair to get myself to work 6 days out of the week. Ultimately driving would be a huge thing for me, not only for the freedom but for the independence gain! Because of this I'm looking to raise the funds for these appointments.

I've thought about making a GoFundme for a while now but honestly never liked the idea of it. I know many are struggling to get by as it is, and if you are not in the position to donate I 100% get that! Even sharing this GoFundMe would mean a TON!
