Help fund Luka's surgery

Hi, my name is Macy. I'm 26 years old and live with a physical disability. I'm fund-raising for my beloved dog Luka, who needs help. She's struggled with ongoing tendon injuries in both shoulders for some time now. It will seemingly get better but then get much worse again. She's now in pain and very uncomfortable. I've finally found someone who can help her after so many vets dismissing my concerns. She has had diagnostic ultrasounds in early April, which cost $1500, to see the extent of her injuries. From these scans, her rehab vet has said she will need surgery which has been quoted to cost over $5000 and isn't covered by insurance. He said without it her injury wont heal as its too severe. Luka means absolutely everything to me, she's my reason to get up in the morning, she's the reason for everything I do. She's my best friend in the whole world. She deserves to be comfortable and pain free and I'll do anything it takes to make sure that happens. Any little bit would help me cover her expenses.
