Fae, a young woman riddled with insomnia, uses melatonin in a last-ditch effort to get a deep sleep to escape her troubled mental health and the loneliness she feels in her white-picket fence neighbourhood. During this night of sleep, she miraculously finds herself dreaming for the first time in a while. She sees visions of a dreamy husband, an increasingly agitated detective, a weeping landscape and then notices the unsettling sounds in her dreams are not from her mind...
