Since late 2024, I have been on a health journey after being diagnosed with kidney disease. My kidneys have almost shut down and caused heart failure as well.

Fast forward to almost a year since that happened and I am now officially post transplant patient and dealing with the next steps in this new life of meds, appointments, and overall living. 

This is where you come in. I will need to get things ready for this, which will require funds for the transplant saved up because insurance coverage will only handle so much. This will be going towards past dialysis bills, meds and appointments for the post surgery which includes recovery from two to three months.
