I've been forced to take legal action to preserve two legal contracts that guarantee 250 free parking spaces here at Barton Marina. These charges not only threaten the viability of my business—the Red Carpet Cinema—but also the viability of all the small businesses here. My legal bills are relentless and already total £12,910.80 after just ten days, and I now face further court threats from Barry Morgan, who is determined to silence me.
