We need help for Koda!

Cody and I adopted sweet Koda from a rescue about 2 years ago. He was found covered in ticks on a reservation along with his brother, who sadly died shortly thereafter. He has continually struggled with unknown health issues that leave him with fever, lethargy, and pain. This has led to many veterinarian visits and for him to be on a regimen of prednisone just to live.

Sadly, this past week he had to have an emergency surgery to remove a blockage from his stomach. He is at risk for sepsis based on his condition, and we are praying for his complete recovery. I am trying to raise funds to cover the costs of the surgery, hospitalization, and medications, as well as to allow him to see a specialist to properly diagnose his condition in hopes that he can receive all of the proper care and treatment he needs to live a long and pain-free life.

Koda is adored by all who meet him with his quiet, gentle, and sometimes silly demeanor. He means everything to me. Unfortunately, I do not have the resources to cover his medical costs, and have a short time to pay back the loan I received so that he could have his life-saving surgery.
