My name is Katelyn Hackett and I am currently a junior at Western Michigan University studying Choral Music Education and Vocal Performance. The event I am fundraising for is the ability to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York City. University Chorale (the choir I am a part of at WMU) was graciously invited to sing at Carnegie Hall this summer, as most of you know, this is an elevated performance space and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Your donations will go into food, travel and housing costs as well as any other costs that go into the event like registration. I am so grateful for all the opportunities I have been presented and would love to be able to go without fear of costs.
