Help Fund Jamis Burnett's Medical Trip

Hey there, I am helping raise funds for Jamis Burnett. Jamis is an active kid that loves anything sports related and has a heart of gold. Jamis will be undergoing a pretty major surgery in a few weeks. He will be heading to St. Louis with is family for about 25 days.
