Help fund Havyn’s facial feminization surgery!!

Hi, my name is Havyn, and I’m a 29 year old trans woman.

I have known since I was 12 years old that I am a girl. A multitude of life events prevented me from getting the gender affirming care I needed from a young age, but finally in 2022, I started my transition journey.

Unfortunately by going through male puberty, the bone structure in my face is fixed. Hormones can only change so much. No matter how much else I change or makeup I put on, I look in the mirror and still see a man. The main surgery I need for my emotional wellbeing and to pass in an increasingly violent society against trans people is facial feminization surgery, or FFS. FFS will finally allow me to see myself as the woman I truly am.

Normally I’m a very proud person, and like to handle everything on my own… but surgeons here won’t even give me a consultation without knowing I can cover the $50,000 for the surgery. Insurance will not cover it at all. My boyfriend and I are looking into out of state options that may be cheaper, but will have additional related costs, such as travel expenses and finding a place to stay while I recover. This is more money than I could ever hope to raise on my own, which is why I’m asking for any help you can spare. I will likely still end up covering a large portion of this on my own, but any help that you can give on my journey would be greatly appreciated. Even $5 or a share of this link would help.
