Sarafina Virruso is a light in this world. Those who know her, know what it’s like to love and be loved. Fina, as we all call her, has been struggling with her physical health for over a decade now and has finally found some answers. Fina has a rare neurological disorder known as dystonia. Only a few days ago, Fina went under major brain surgery in order to give her a shot at physical normalcy. Undergoing such a surgery prompts unforeseen circumstances such as not being able to work and have income, as well as medical bills needing to be paid. Fina will be recovering for the next seven to eight weeks, and I’m asking everyone to contribute any bit they can so that Fina can focus on getting better and being the amazing person she is.
