Help Felix Fight Cancer!

Hi, my name is Olivia and I’m trying to help raise money to treat my amazing cat’s cancer. Felix is only 2 and a half years old, and he is the sweetest cat that I have ever met, I am so lucky that he has come into my life. Everyone who has met him has immediately fallen in love with his gentle, playful nature and his never ending curiosity. Unfortunately this October I noticed a lump on his rear left leg, and after a few vet visits my worst fear was confirmed: Felix has a very rare case of Lyposarcoma. After speaking with a cancer specialist, I decided to act as quickly as possible to reduce the spread and treat this in a way that ensures he has the longest, happiest life possible. While at first I was told his best option was amputation, I got a second opinion and the surgeon believed that he could remove the lyposarcoma mass while saving his leg. In December, his surgeon removed the lyposarcoma mass on his leg in a very in-depth surgery. His surgeon was able to reattach the muscle and operate in such a way that Felix could use his leg again once healed! He is currently recovering and though he has a slight limp, once he was given the green light to walk on his leg after two weeks of healing, he immediately began exploring again and playing!

Unfortunately, his histopathology results came back today, and there is still evidence of his lyposarcoma in his skin. I thought I could try to cover his initial vet bills - totaling $6,763.84 - by taking out a loan, but with the upcoming cancer treatments on top of that which will cost around $1,600 I’m now in over my head. I will do whatever it takes to keep my sweet, young little Felix the longest, happiest life possible, and if you are able to donate anything I would appreciate it so much!
