Become a part of FALSE PROPHETS, the latest short film by NYC-based writer and director Brennan Dyson. False Prophets is a fast-paced and intoxicating thriller film that is gearing up to be shot in June 2025.

Our main character, Justin, navigates his weird and wonderful relationships in the Big Apple as he grapples with life, love, and the pursuit of something greater. We have assembled a brilliant team of film-industry veterans to bring this idea into reality.

Making a film independently is a time-intensive and expensive task, thus we ask for help to bring our vision into reality. One of our main goals in fundraising for this project is to be able to afford to shoot analogue, on physical film. It is our favorite way to create and a dying art in the digital age. We would also use the money to support and take care of our production staff, in order to create a safe and productive environment for everyone to create to the best of their abilities.
