Hello donors, friends, and family. If you are following me on Facebook, then you are aware of the problems I have been having with my health. It started around April first when I noticed that I had lost the use of my left arm and hand. The hand is frozen in a claw-like shape, and I am not able to lift my arm. Since then, more problems have occurred. They included four falls, a weakening of my leg muscles, and my right arm. I am totally dependent on my friends Steve and Paul for getting dressed, using the bathroom, getting a shower, preparing my meals, and taking me to my appointments. Social security is my only income.

We have been to see physicians, urologists, traumatologists, neurologists, and cardiologists at the international clinic in Lima. Sadly, we were disappointed not only with the treatment but their diagnostic abilities. Those visits and treatments they recommended exhausted most of my funds. Since then, we went to see a neurologist in Chincha Alta. I have now exhausted all of my available funds. After visiting the neurologist in Nueva Salud Clinic, he diagnosed me as having a possible tumor or stroke. Now I need to raise funds for more diagnostic tests (MRI of my head, assorted blood tests, electroencephalogram, physical therapy). All funds donated will be used for my health problems.
