DRACULA'S DEAD is a new short film by award-winning filmmaker Paul Jacob Presley (SCRUMPTIOUS). It's a glorious combination of slapstick comedy and high art horror, using elements of BRAM STOKER'S DRACULA, the 90s ADDAMS FAMILY films, Russ Meyer's legendary run of exploitation films, and John Waters' cunning sense of camp satire.

It tells the tale of Dracula's three slave brides: Belladonna, Cassandra, and Aurora. They've spent a century or more in the crusty old vampire's harem, and things have gotten a bit monotonous. That all changes when Belladonna accidentally kills The Master during a bout of kinky, drug-fueled sex (word to the wise- using a wooden stake for your bedroom role play is a BAD idea if you're a vampire). Now the girls find themselves in a sticky situation with a corpse on their hands, and an insidious drug dealer, a wild new take on The Invisible Man, is on his way to collect. Dracula ran up a nasty tab on false credit, and due to monster law his nearest subordinates are on the hook for the bill. When cash and grass are in short supply, there's only one thing left The Invisible Man is after. Our three vampire vixens must now thwart the clutches of The Invisible Man and his horny werewolf henchmen's grabby hands or find themselves in yet another slave harem for mediocre monster man.
