After two years of planning and several meetings with banks, REDEC, STEG, the City of Elmira, and Elmira Downtown Development, we have a financial package put together for my latest project, Downtown Grind. I envision a welcoming coffee shop and gathering place, full of light, plants, friends, and food, drinks, and gifts to enjoy.
Even with loans and grants, the financial package is $15,000 short.
