THE INSPIRATION FOR MY BOOK
I grew up a sheltered Catholic school boy looking for adventure.  Myself and my freshman hall mates joined a really small fraternity house at our university and we transformed it into a powerhouse of men who served the local community on levels that rivaled the top service organizations on campus at the time... like Habitat for Humanity.  We smashed all the stereotypes out there around Greek life.  Our brotherhood became an organization grounded in higher ideals of service, contribution, diversity, safe space for all, personal growth and our efforts ended up putting us on the cover of USA Today when it was all said and done.  12 years ago, we all went on a massive hero's journey in college that would set us all up for success in the future. Now it's time to share this epic story for the next generation.  

Rather than focus on the Greek life market exclusively, I wrote this book to appeal to a larger audience... it's written for anyone ready to embody who they are meant to be in life.  To do this one must embark on their own hero's journey.  In HEROIC GROWTH, I take the reader through this transformational journey through the lense of myself and four other fraternity brothers in this experience.  Each of us is a different type of HERO and together we represent the full human spectrum of hero's journey.  This allows all readers to resonate with one or more of the following five hero types: the MERCHANT, the LABORER, WARRIOR, the EDUCATOR, and the OUTSIDER.  Each of us has our own unique journey to uncover, challenges to overcome and epic skills to embrace to fully embody our true power which when combined in brotherhood... made us naturally unstoppable.   It's an incredible coming of age story to meet these modern times: THE HERO'S JOURNEY IN TRIBE.

WHERE I AM AT AND WHY I AM ASKING FOR YOUR SUPPORT
My goal is to be a stand for boys and girls looking to embark on their own hero's journey to become the men and women of tomorrow and if I can't fully show up as a biproduct of what's possible for them - then I'll be out of integrity with the message I preach.  So I've made the hard choice and taken the high road to fully face off with the most dark parts of myself before I embark on this journey.  In preparation to speak on my experiences, I have made a major investment and joined an elite  brotherhood of conscious men... leaders on a level I have never witnessed before... men that will serve as a model for the future.  Here I will be fully initiated into one of the most impactful brotherhoods of men on the planet and heal the last remaining aspects of my conditioning that are holding me back from being in my full power: fear of death, my story around being worthy enough to share my gifts and the somatic work required to keep me in my heart space and out of the fight or flight mode that my mind has been conditioned to operating in.  If I do this, I will have fully completed my own hero's journey and will be in full integrity to speak on the journey from end-to-end.

I'm the type of person who has I've been putting most of those I love before me most of my life... it's a way of being passed down to me from my ancestors... and I get to be the one to breakout of it.  If you know me, you know I've dedicated my life to improving the world around me.  Perhaps I have had an impact in your life.  Any financial contribution you feel called to make is welcome as long as it comes from the heart.  I've never felt the need to ask for help like this before.  Know that whatever you donate will be cherished by me for life and I believe the gifts I've attached to the various tiers reflect that so I hope you take advantage of them!
