Help Fund Damian's Celebration of Life

Hi, my name is Nicole. The wife of Damian Lacy-Polk, a kind-hearted man who was dealt a bad hand. He was a victim of congestive heart failure at the age of 41. After a life-saving surgery on his feet, he suffered a heart attack and had a sudden unexpected passing.

 

Our family is still recovering from the COVID19 pandemic and is in need of some assistance to help fund his celebration of life. If you find it in your heart to give we would be very appreciative as anything helps.

 

I will leave you with this; Damian was an avid Bay Area fanatic from sports teams to music artists. You would always catch him coming alive when watching the 49ers game or chopping it up listening to E40. A man of few words, but a huge heart.
