Help Fund Free Medical Care for Migrant Farmworkers

Donation protected
Migrant and seasonal farmworkers face precarious working conditions and limited access to healthcare. Long hours and physically demanding labor increase the risk of injuries and unmanaged chronic conditions, yet barriers like transportation, language, and lost wages often prevent workers from seeking care.

In response to these barriers, the Migrant Farmworker Outreach Clinic was created in partnership with the Community Action Agency of Lenawee County, in which annual clinics are held directly at farms throughout Southeastern Michigan during the summer growing season.

Our clinic’s mission is to mitigate health inequities experienced by migrant and seasonal farmworkers in Southeastern Michigan by providing free healthcare.

We are currently raising funds to purchase clinic supplies, including over-the-counter medications, medical equipment, and referrals for follow-up care. Donations will also help provide hygiene care packages with essential items that support the health and dignity of farmworkers.

Your support helps ensure the people who feed our communities have access to the care they deserve.
