Help Fund Christi's Recovery Efforts

On January 2, Christi underwent a routine Gallbladder removal. That evening, she was admitted to the ER with extreme abdominal pain. Over the next week, she remained in the hospital and her condition steadily declined.

On January 11, they discovered a tear in the upper intestine and conducted emergency surgery. At that time, we were also told that Christi had gone into septic shock and the prognosis was uncertain.

So far, it has been close to 70 days in 3 hospitals. Christi is a fighter and has not only pulled through 2 surgeries and sepsis, but she is currently working hard at a rehab facility to regain strength and her ability to walk and gain independence. We set up this fund in hopes of assisting with her hospital bills and reduced wages while she is away from work.
