I shouldn't have to ask others to help fund medically necessary, lifesaving healthcare costs for my teenager, but post January 2025, here we are. Candor will be turning 18 in December, and unfortunately no providers in NJ will schedule anyone under age 19 for top surgery out of fear of federal retribution.

We have finally have access to a wonderful surgeon in a nearby state who will schedule Candor now so that they can have surgery after their birthday. This care is legal, recommended, and necessary. But we need to pay for it in full by mid-November (3 weeks before the date of surgery). Thank you for any amount that you can contribute.
