This is to help fund Bella's school year in France.

As most of you know, my daughter Bella has been working for years toward a dream that is now becoming reality: spending her 10th grade year studying abroad in France.

I recently wrote Letting Go Across Borders: A Father’s Story of Letting His Daughter Go & Grow — a very personal account of her journey, her incredible discipline, and what it’s been like as a father to walk beside her through it all.

Now, the time has come. She leaves very soon but we are a little short on the final payment owed to the exchange company.

As a dad, it’s not easy to let my 15-year-old daughter go live across the world for a year. But Bella has truly earned this opportunity. She is responsible, self-reliant, strong in her Christian faith, and has prepared herself with maturity and determination far beyond her years.

To help cover the costs of this once-in-a-lifetime experience, I’m launching this fundraiser. And as a small way to say thank you for your support, I want to share our story with you:
