Help cover costs incurred during Colton’s surgery

Donation protected
Colton was born with Muscular Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) which is a hole between the right and left pumping chambers of the heart. He also has a Parachute Mitral Valve (PMV) which is a congenital valvular anomaly in which the chorade tendineae of the mitral valve are attached to a single papillary muscle. In plain English that means the tendons that control his mitral valve are attached to one muscle in his heart chamber instead of two separate muscles.
At 4 months old Colt only weigh 11lbs, and has only gained 5 lbs since birth. As described by his cardiologist he struggles to gain weight because his heart pumps as if he is constantly running on a treadmill.
It was decided this week that he needs surgery to fix these issues. He will undergo open heart surgery the 2nd week of February at UofM. Aaron and Nicole have a large deductible that has not been met. They are not sure how long Colt will be in the hospital or how much work Aaron will miss as a result.
Any help or well wishes are greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
