Help Fund Anakin's eye removal and recovery.

UPDATE 6-24-25 @ 545PM:

Anakin needed a blood transfusion before surgery. At the moment she is getting blood donated by my adult cat, and tomorrow morning they will proceed with surgery.

Anakin is having surgery to remove both eyes as I type this (see above update, right before surgery they had to hold off). So far, the bill is over 1000 dollars and it will get higher when I take her in for checkups, suture removals, and any other health issues she may have. We have estimated the total to come out to 2500.

The backstory:

Anakin, a 5 week old kitten, was born to a feral neighborhood cat. When the momma took Anakin and her siblings to the feeding station I set up I noticed the poor baby's eyes swollen shut. I also noticed her spunk, as she played with anything she touched and chased after the sounds of her littermates.

I tried to get her that night, but she got away. Then I didn't see her at all for a few days. I assumed the worst.

Somehow, she made it, and she showed up at my feeding station again with her siblings. But this time she was more subdued. Not as playful. I got out there as fast as I could and grabbed her.

Please help me help her. Any extra funds will go towards her and the ferals outside.
