Hello! My names Dean, I am 19, disabled and in desperate need for a power assist so I can get out of the house.

I currently have little to no independence, can't get a job, access education, meet up with friends or even walk my own dog. I am 19 and so far I’ve missed nearly all my teenage years.

I have many complex disabilities, all of which impact my day-to-day life. I use a wheelchair which I had to use my trust fund to buy myself but due to pain, fatigue and other aspects of my conditions I'm unable to self propel for long and in most areas.

This power assist could change my life, I havent left the house independently for years or gone out with friends without extreme pain and fatigue as well as things constantly going wrong due to inaccessible transport. This power assist would basically turn my wheelchair into a bike, meaning getting around would be drastically easier!

Im currently trying to raise money for the deposit price of £1600 and pay the rest off monthly with my own money and hopefully some support from this fund !
