I hope this message finds you well and in good spirits. As we continue our dedicated work on the AMHU, I am reminded daily of the profound impact we have on the lives of our patients and their families. Our commitment to mental health care is not just a profession; it is a calling that touches every aspect of our lives and the lives of those around us.

Today, I am reaching out to you with a heartfelt request. We have an incredible opportunity to support a Mental Health Scholarship for a graduating nurse. It has come to my attention that the sponsorship of this scholarship was recently vacated, and a sponsor is needed today in order to meet the deadline, which is May 16, 2025, at 4 pm. While this matter is extremely time sensitive, I see this as an opportunity for the AMHU to spring into action. The scholarship is a symbol of our commitment to nurturing the next generation of mental health professionals. By contributing to this scholarship, we are giving back to the next generation of professionals who will carry forward the torch of compassionate care and innovation in mental health.

The significance of giving back to our younger colleagues cannot be overstated. Many of us have benefited from the guidance, support, and mentorship of another mental health professional. Now, it is our turn to provide that same support to those who are just beginning their journey.
