Casa Hogar Alegre FIESTA DAY — Help Us Bring Joy to 100 Kids

Tomorrow, February 10th, we are hosting a very special day at Casa Hogar Alegre in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, Mexico... a full carnival celebration for approximately 100 children. Most of these kids are foster children or orphans, and they have been talking about this for weeks!

We have been teaching classes at the orphanage, and the kids have been earning Fiesta Bucks through attendance, good work, and positive behavior. On Fiesta Day they’ll get to spend those bucks at a real market filled with toys and candy,

The day will include:

Carnival games & relay races

Bounce houses

Face painting

Piñatas

️ Kid market (Fiesta Bucks shopping)

Hot dogs

Ice cream sundaes

Photo booth (Fiesta Bucks cost)

All food and activities are completely free to the children.

We already have two business partners and several generous individuals helping make this possible — but we are still $500 short of covering the supplies, food, prizes, and equipment needed to serve every child.

The average age here is around 10 years old, but the children range from 1–27 years old, including kids with special needs. For them, this isn’t just a party... it’s a day where they get to be kids, feel celebrated, and experience joy in a safe place.
