Join us in supporting Carrie Marcum, a resilient woman who has faced a challenging health journey. Carrie was diagnosed with a CSF (Cerebrospinal Fluid) Leak, a condition that causes fluid to leak from around her brain; spinal fluid sac. Unfortunately, her symptoms were initially overlooked, leaving her desperate for proper medical attention for more than 1/3 of a year.
Despite the setbacks, Carrie's determination led her to push for answers. Recently, we underwent a trip to Morgantown, WV, where she found a compassionate surgeon willing to address her condition. Finally, scheduled for a life-changing procedure on March 6th, 2024, Carrie looks forward to renewed hope and health. Not only is the surgery essential for obvious reasons, but she is also at significant risk of Meningitis the longer this goes on.
The year 2024 marks a significant milestone for Carrie, as it's the first time in decades she has access to comprehensive health insurance. However, she must still fulfill her deductible before receiving the necessary treatment. This is where your support can make a difference.
Your generous donations will contribute directly to Carrie's deductible, helping to cover both the cost of the upcoming surgery and any additional medical requirements before and after the procedure. By easing the financial burden, we can empower Carrie to fully prioritize her recovery and regain her well-being.
We kindly invite you to contribute to Carrie's fundraising campaign and play an essential role in her journey towards healing. Every donation, no matter the size, has the potential to make a profound impact on Carrie's life. Let's rally around her, providing the support and resources she needs on this path to recovery.
Together, we can ensure that Carrie can focus solely on her health, knowing that a caring community stands beside her every step of the way. Join us in making a lasting difference in her life.
Thank you for your generosity and compassion. Let's come together and empower Carrie on this remarkable journey to a brighter, healthier future.
