Help Fumiya Shimizu Battle Myeloma

付き合いが半世紀近くなる私の友人、清水文弥が2022年8月に多発性骨髄腫と診断され、病気と闘っています。発症以降、様々な治療を受けてきましたが有効な効果が見られず、2024年4月に最新治療法であるCAR-T療法を開始したところ順調に推移し、年始には他の共通の友人も交えて元気に再会することができました。ところがその直後の定期検査で再発が確認されてしまいました。本人はこれから新たな治療法に挑もうとしていますが、既に多額の出費を強いられており、友人として何らかの金銭的支援を彼およびご家族に対してできないか思い悩んだ挙句、クラウドファンディングを立ち上げるという結論に至りました。非常に強い気持ちでこの難病と闘っている友人の力に少しでもなりたく、ご賛同いただける方の温かいご支援を何卒よろしくお願い致します。

A close friend of mine for almost half a century, Fumiya Shimizu, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in August 2022 and has been fighting the disease. Since he was diagnosed, he has tried various medication methods without success, but after starting the CAR-T method, which is the most advanced but expensive, in April 2024, his symptoms improved, and I was able to see him in great shape with other common friends. However, immediately after that gathering during his periodical checkup, a relapse was found. He is planning to challenge a new medical method, but seeing him spending immensely already, I came up with this idea of fundraising to support him and his family financially after being at a loss for what I can do to help him. He continues to be extremely strong in his mind, and whatever support you can lend to him would be most grateful.
