Help fulfill our dad’s final wishes
Donation protected
We are reaching out to family and friends to help us fulfill the final wishes of our dad, Warren A. McCullough Jr. formerly of Medford Lakes, NJ and currently living with his son Paul in Albany, GA.
While undergoing a routine medical procedure in mid-January, his doctors discovered that he has stage four prostate cancer and is not expected to live very long.
This is a huge shock; up until right before this discovery, Dad was taking daily walks with his best dog friend, Coochee and his sudden incapacitation has him longing to return back to his home area of greater Philadelphia. He wishes to go to a hospice in the Philadelphia area where he lived for 80+ years and where he has many friends and relatives.
Dad is now very fragile and requires constant medical care while in transit. The purpose of the go-fund me is to raise the money needed to bring him back to the Philadelphia area by way using an long-distance ambulance with appropriate medical supervision during his trip.
It is estimated that the cost of the trip will be about $6000 for just the ambulance and in-transit medical care: plus the medical, legal and administrative fees incurred to date, and for when he lands in the nursing home, that are not covered by healthcare.
Your help and donations will go 100% to the costs of filling this wish.
