Help Fulfill Matthew Love's Sea Burial Dream

My heart is broken . I have no words for the loss of Matthew Love. His last name says it all; he was the greatest love anyone could ever have. He has changed my life forever, and I will never be the same.

If you were lucky enough to have known Matt, you would know he was the most honest, caring person in the world. If he cared for you, he would let you know every minute of every day. If Matt cared about you, he would care for you always. He tried to be a tough guy until the end, telling everyone he was okay and getting better. He would never let anyone see him down and out. Matt always tried to be strong for me, and I tried so hard to keep him alive. I wasn’t ready to lose him at 45 years young.

Nothing can prepare you for loss. No one can let you know how much it hurts. No one tells you your whole world changes.

I will use this money to let Matt know how many people did truly care and love Matt. I want to give Matt everything he deserves. He always wanted to go out with a bang. I will put his ashes out to sea, and he can travel the world. His wish was to be buried at sea and travel all the places he never got to go. I want to give Matt the peace he deserves.

The funds will be used to pay for Matt’s cremation. After his cremation we will have a small service to celebrate Matt’s life. I will be bringing Matt’s ashes home where he belongs and a small urn will be brought out to sea and scattered so Matt can travel the world and finally live his dream.
