Juan Ramos was the heart of our family—a hardworking, loving man who always put others before himself. After fighting a battle with cancer without ever complaining, he passed peacefully on November 11. We lost the pillar that held us together as a family. In his final days, he shared one wish with us: to be laid to rest in El Salvador, next to his father who was his best friend. Fulfilling this wish is deeply important to our family, as it honors the bond my dad shared with his dad and the roots that shaped who he was.
