Help Fulfill James and Diane's Final Wishes

These are my parents James and Diane I am their last living child and have cared for them and handle their business for the last 9 years. My father passed away in June of last year and his wishes or to be cremated and he was. 15 months later his remains are still at the funeral home because we don't have the money to pay for it. My mother's dementia is getting worse and she's in hospice and I'm not sure how much time she has left either and she doesn't have life insurance or anything and I don't know how I'm going to deal with her arrangements either. I don't have family members that are able to help and I'm just extremely overwhelmed and in need of some help so I can fulfill their final wishes.
