My name is Fernando Flores, and I am the father of Daniel Castillo Valdobinos—the most amazing son a father could ever hope for. Daniel was a kind, humble soul with a heart full of love for everyone around him. Our lives changed forever on June 6, 2024, when Daniel was rushed to the hospital and, just days later, was diagnosed with testicular cancer. From that moment, we did everything we could, moving from hospital to hospital, working with doctors, and holding onto hope every single day.

Despite our best efforts and Daniel’s incredible strength, on November 21, 2025, at 3:46 am, my son lost his battle and moved on to a better place. The pain of losing him is something words cannot describe, but I am grateful for every moment we shared and for the chance to fight alongside him until the very end. Daniel’s last wish was to be laid to rest next to his grandma in Mexico—a wish that means everything to our family, but one that comes with costs we cannot cover alone.

We are asking for your help to give Daniel the beautiful ceremony he deserves and to fulfill his final wish of resting beside his grandma.
