Hi y'all! Well, I am moving to San Luis Obispo, California, to get closer to my goal of working as a creative writing professional. Ever since I began my broadcast career in DC at the age of fifteen, living and working in California has been a dream. Fast forward to now, and I have an amazing opportunity to work remotely (still gotta pay them bills) and pursue work as a creative writer, specifically crafting screenplays, novels, and short-form film/video productions. SLO is about three hours from the City of Angels, and I am hopeful I will be able to cultivate my craft being on the West Coast.
But I need your help! While I am leaving most of my possessions behind and moving this December to a fully furnished condo, which I will be sharing with a roommate, I need assistance with gas, lodging, and moving expenses. Your support would be greatly appreciated and I trust once I get settled, I will be rooted in a supportive community and be able to grow my skills and talent and manifest my dream to be a professional creative writer.
