Help FSS Armory Fight Unfair Law

Fellow gun owners and firearms dealers:

Please help us at FSS Armory in Pine Brook, NJ, fight the NJ Attorney General’s efforts to destroy our family firearms business under a new, anti-2A state statute that unfairly saddles us with wrongdoing because one of our guns was ultimately used in a crime. We are the defendant in NJ’s first attempt to use this anti-2A state statute in the state’s recently filed civil lawsuit against us, and without financial assistance to prove the statute’s unconstitutionality, everything we have will be lost.

This landmark case needs to be stopped in its tracks before it can be used as an example by other states across the country. Civil lawsuits by the government — both state and federal — against citizens and our small businesses are designed to bankrupt us through litigation and legal fees. They are using our own tax money to fund the cases against us!! We are preparing for the long fight to overturn this unconstitutional law and prevent it from being used against anyone else, but we need all the help we can get.
