If you’ve ever had a late-night craving on Fry Street, chances are we’ve already met—maybe over a philly cheesesteak or a boricua taco at my food stand. I started this little venture with nothing but a grill, a vision, and a whole lot of hustle. It’s become a go-to spot for Denton locals (especially after a night out!), and I’m so proud of the community that’s grown around it.

Now, I’m ready to take the next big step: a full-blown food truck.

Owning a food truck has been my dream for as long as I can remember. It would allow me to expand, serve more people, travel around town, and bring our signature late-night eats to festivals, events, and neighborhoods across Denton. I already have the recipes, the loyal following, and the drive. All I’m missing is the truck—and that’s where you come in.
