Frosty showed up at our door on a cold, frosty morning, earning his name. He was very sick, and we couldn't turn him away. After taking him to the vet, we learned he has anemia and FIP, a serious and often fatal disease. The treatment for FIP is expensive, and we've already spent a significant amount to get his anemia under control. Despite the challenges, we knew we had to try everything to give Frosty a fighting chance.
All donations will go directly to Holmes Veterinary Hospital and Chewy for Frosty's medication and treatment. We were not prepared to take on this kind of financial responsibility, but we couldn't let Frosty die without knowing we had done everything possible. FIP is 85% fatal, even with treatment, but if progress is made within the first week, the odds shift to an 85% recovery rate. Thankfully, Frosty has successfully passed the first week, and we are very hopeful that he will recover fully.
Your support means the world to us and to this brave little cat. Anything you can give will help us continue his treatment and give him the best chance at a happy, healthy life. Thank you for caring and for being part of Frosty's journey to recovery.
