Rally for Linda's Post-Amputation Support
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Linda Mann, a 65-year-old mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, friend, and a woman of faith. I need your help! My life has been thrown a hard curveball. A curveball that hit me so hard has caused me to have to get a below-the-knee amputation. I need your help during this difficult time to help give me back the quality of life after my amputation.
After suffering with an ingrown toenail, trying home treatment, etc., nothing worked, and the toe became infected. At which time my sister visited the podiatrist. Applied the recommended medicine and treatment, the infection still did not heal. After several months of going to and from the doctor, eventually, the podiatrist recommended for my toenail to be removed. The slow healing process turned from toenail removal, to toe removal, to foot removal, to ultimately a below-the-knee amputation. What?! Lupus now diabetes!
My sister Linda's heart is so big. She has been our family caregiver and now it’s time for her to be given the care. So please, help our family to raise the money to get the proper supplies and equipment so she may have the most quality of life after this unexpected curveball she has been hit and impacted by.
My family and I thank you!
