help from eviction & loss of transportation

i moved for a new job opportunity in Chicago back in July - and experienced just a sudden series of hardships that set me back despite being prepared. The job I was offered never contacted me despite having me sign a letter of intent that I would start training as soon as possible. I had to rush to find a roommate and moved in with an older woman harassed and threatened and made racist comments , and who ended up keeping my $600 deposit, and having to move again so quickly drained my funds. for the past month my bank account has been negative nearly $1000 for all the regularly occurring bills, overdraft, and returned payment fees.  I recently started a new job but won’t get properly paid until next month, my phone has been turned off and my car is to be towed next week since I don’t have the funds to update my tags and get a proper parking permit. Anything truly helps right now and I’ve even been trying to find a second job but making no headway
