Help Frohm family with their medical and financial expense

Hello everyone, I hope you are faring well. I am reaching out requesting much needed financial support for my brother and his family in South Carolina.
You see, 3.5 years ago, as part of celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary, my brother and his wife drove to see Niagara Falls as a bucket list checkoff kind of thing and enjoy time together. While driving back home, they had a devastating and unexpected encounter with a 30,000 lb box truck which viciously slammed into them from behind at 50MPH as they sat at a stop light.
Ever since, they have been struggling with the negative impacts this accident has brought to their lives. He sustained severe whiplash, leaving him with debilitating neck and back pain, and also a moderate concussion which is causing Intracranial Hypertension in his head due to axonal shearing injuries to his brainstem.
His complex brain injuries mean he will likely suffer from symptoms similar to a brain tumor according to his doctors. Living with epileptic type seizures, debilitating migraines, bouts of vertigo with nausea, he has continuous muscle spams around his eyes and is confined to a wheelchair because he cannot stand for long periods or lift his legs to properly walk. Reports performed by the National Brain Institute revealed significant neurological damage which eventually may lead to vascular dementia.
By the grace of God, he wakes daily and continues to focus on positive possibilities of healing. However, asking for any help has always been hard for him as he holds onto old fashioned beliefs making him feel worthless because he can no longer care for his family as he used to. I try to remind him that he is a victim of things way beyond his control.
With all this said and being a deeply caring brother, I humbly reach out for your support, trusting your help will allow his family overcome the toll this journey has taken on them. The road ahead will be extremely difficult as he requires multiple complex surgeries in his neck, back, and base of his skull; plus his home needs to be revamped to accommodate his limited capabilities.
As a devoted Christian, I believe in the power of the community and in the power of human compassion. Please trust that every contribution will bring him and his family closer to fulfilling much needed medical and financial needs and will be sincerely appreciated from their hearts.
