Help Frisco Walk Again: Urgent Surgery Needed

Hi. My name is Kerry Giacomino. I am the director of UFAR Animal Rescue where we care for over 300 neglected and abandoned animals. Our sweet boy Frisco came into our shelter as a baby. He spent 9 long months here before he was adopted. Frisco was finally living his best life until he started limping. He progressively had more difficulty walking. After many vet visits and lots of X-rays, it was confirmed that poor Frisco needs Bilateral MPL surgery. Bilateral MPL (Medial Patellar Luxation) surgery in dogs is a surgical procedure where both knees are repaired to correct the luxating patella (kneecap) on both sides. If Frisco doesn’t get this surgery, his ability to walk will continue to deteriorate until he will no longer be able to use his back legs. His new family does not have the funds to pay for this surgery. Please help this family and this sweet, sweet pup get this much-needed surgery. Frisco finally has a chance to live a good life!
