Our friend Frine Eger-Gelston has recently been diagnosed with cancer and is about to begin an intensive course of chemotherapy. As you can imagine, this news has turned her world upside down. In addition to the emotional and physical toll of this diagnosis, there is a significant financial burden that comes with treatment, medical bills, transportation to and from appointments, time off work, and basic living expenses.

Frine is one of the strongest, kindest, and most generous people I know. Frine has always shown up for others in times of need, and now it’s our turn to show up for her.

This GoFundMe was created to help ease the financial stress so that Frine can focus fully on healing and recovery. Every dollar raised will go directly toward regular professional cleaning service to help keep Frine’s home clean, safe, and comfortable while she focuses on healing.

This may seem like a small thing, but for someone undergoing chemo, a clean space can make a huge difference in health, peace of mind, and overall well-being. Unfortunately, Frine won’t have the energy or the financial resources to manage this on her own during what will be a lengthy and demanding treatment process.
