Help Alexander Family in Lahaina Fire
Donation protected
Update: The Alexanders are still staying with friends on Maui. They are traumatized and still trying to process the entire ordeal. Currently, they are searching for a place to rent, and have contacted their home owners insurance.
Hi! My name is Christy Moody. I'm from Washington State and I'm fundraising for my dear, long-time friends, Isabelle and Miguel Alexander along with their 10 year old daughter, Shiloh, who lost their home and community in the Lahaina fire.
They lived in the Opukea Condo development just outside downtown. (They lived in Building A, Building F is circled)
They managed to escape the inferno in their car with their pet birds and dog, but with not much else other than the clothes on their backs. Miguel worked on Front Street at the Feast of LeLe and Isabelle is a stay-at-home mother, working hard to care for Shiloh.
- Please consider donating to Isabelle, Miguel, and Shiloh as they are trying to suddenly figure out a new place to live, work, and put down new roots. The funds will go directly to Isabelle, Miguel, and Shiloh for simple necessities such clothing, food, and lodging until they can find work and figure out a new place to live.
- As previously mentioned, Shiloh is only ten-years-old and this experience has deeply upset her. Adding onto that, Isabelle and Miguel are only able to do so much in the wake of this tragedy. They deserve nothing but long, fulfilling lives, and even a small donation would help. Thank you from the bottom of mine, as well as Isabelle's, Miguel's, and Shiloh's hearts!
