This is Freya, my sweet baby who is 8 years old. She has been with me since she was 3 months old and means the world to me.

Freya was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism which is thankfully treatable. This fund will help pay for her treatment and her follow up blood work to check her thyroid levels. I am hoping to schedule her for radioactive iodine therapy which is an injection therapy session where she will have to be isolated for several days, but this procedure has a 97% cure rate. The other option is daily medication which would not be financially viable for the number of years she would need it. She was diagnosed at a younger age than what is typically seen so I hope the iodine treatment will allow her to stay with me for many more years. Any and all help would be appreciated to help me keep her alive!
