Fresia is a radiant soul, mother, grandma, and lifelong music lover who’s facing stage 4 breast cancer with incredible grace and courage. Diagnosed in 2023, she’s undergone spinal surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. Because of the illness, Fresia lost her job and opportunity to work. Throughout her life, she was not able to dedicate herself to making music because she was raising her family. This time together, Fresia and Tatiana have stayed grounded in spending time with family, and making music together.

Her daughter Tatiana left behind her music career and community in Phoenix to return to Costa Rica and care for her full-time. Together, they’re creating a safe, healing home while navigating the emotional and financial weight of illness.

This fundraiser is a way to surround them with love and support.

Fresia es un alma radiante, madre, abuela y amante de la música, que enfrenta un cáncer de mama, fase 4 con valentía y gracia. Fue diagnosticada en 2023 y ha pasado por una instrumentación de columna, radioterapia y quimioterapia. Debido a su enfermedad, Fresia perdió su trabajo y la posibilidad de seguir trabajando.

A lo largo de su vida, no pudo dedicarse a la música porque estaba criando a su familia.

En este tiempo juntas, Fresia y Tatiana se han enfocado en compartir con su familia y en hacer música juntas.

Su hija Tatiana dejó atrás su carrera musical y su comunidad en Phoenix para regresar a Costa Rica y cuidarla a tiempo completo. Juntas, han creado un hogar seguro y acogedor mientras enfrentan el peso emocional y económico de la enfermedad.

Esta recaudación de fondos es una forma de rodearlas de amor y apoyo.
