Help Freeway Get Urgent Surgery

Hello! I have a very sweet and loving 10-year-old male black Labrador named Freeway, whom I found as a puppy on the side of the freeway. He is deeply cherished, but he urgently needs surgery to remove a noncancerous growth on his belly, which is about the size of a softball. If the growth continues to grow, it may eventually impact his ability to urinate.
