This is his story:

Hello world, I'm Abdul Rahman Al-Masry from Gaza. We used to live in safety and peace before the war. We used to go to our schools to learn, and I dreamed of becoming an engineer.

But the war started and all our dreams were destroyed, and our source of income was destroyed, as was our home. Imagine being in your area and the occupation tells you to evacuate. So you go and leave your beautiful home and live in a tent. There is not even a bathroom to relieve yourself. We lived a primitive life.

Imagine after the occupation withdraws from your area and you return to live in your home, but you see that everything you own is destroyed. Not just your home, but all the homes in your area. This is what we live.

After all your relatives return and live in tents and you start to adapt to this life, suddenly the occupation commits a massacre in your area and bombs your uncle's house. You go until your uncle's family comes out from under the house. You are surprised and see that all his family members have become pieces. You start collecting their pieces, piece by piece, and you see animals eating their remains.

This is what my family and I lived. This is what I lived when I was 16 years old. We lived through more difficult days than you can imagine.
